You may want to tune in to a forum discussion I started on mscforum.com (Marketing Strategy Canada.com) on the complex challenges of plotting marketing strategy from the boardroom in an inustry like IT, where window of opportunity is so tight and the conflicting inputs of so many variables often produce no decision, a last minute decision, or a decision that is cancelled subsequent to new intelligence.
