don't disagree integrity leads to trust those are the entry points (for me) but over time there are changes in the degree of integrity/trust that is earned ,which then gives way to a longer term perspective and a deeper emotional connection with the brand, its principles, the community it supports, the people that represent it. hope this clarifies things
